Small group personal training of 4 to 6 members that focuses on all types of resistance training from bodyweight to bands to free weights. Our signature strength system is personalized to your goals and ability level, while progressive to ensure constant improvement. Each session is a challenge that will enhance your enjoyment of exercise!

Our Youth Performance ranges from age 10-collegiate career where our highly organized progression based program will help young athletes gain strength and power which helps them gain speed, become more agile and more efficient athletes. For the high school athlete we continue to work on our fundamentals while exposing them to more advanced programming for strength, power and speed, but still emphasizing stability, sound mechanics and conditioning for injury risk reduction.

In middle school, many young athletes see major growth spurts and when training to improve strength and performance with resistance at basic levels they also need to be retaught mechanics for safety and efficiency through such major physiological and neurological changes.
We have many young kids that are playing different sports, so we are adding a class for the younger athletes to improve coordination and control to help access speed, agility and power as they continue to grow.
PraxisBarre is a challenging, yet non-impact fitness class designed to produce lean, sculpted bodies. PraxisBarre combines ballet barre work, core conditioning, and muscle strengthening through yoga, Pilates, and ballet. PraxisBarre will focus on small eccentric contractions building stability and muscle density. Instructors will be actively coaching you through the 60 minutes of class. Their cues will focus on your alignment and deep engagement of muscles making sure you maximize your time. It is an overall body workout suitable for people of all levels of fitness.
You will actively use the TRX Suspension Trainer throughout class to maximize calorie burn, while toning every major muscle group in your body! So fire up your core, and get ready to sweat with this total-body TRX Suspension Training class!
This high intensity interval workout includes TABATA style training that will get your heart rate pumping! A variety of equipment will be used including spin bikes, weights, TRX suspension trainers, and TRX RIP trainers. Get ready to burst into your next level of fitness!
Join us for a new SPIN on your cycle workout with this high energy class that fuses the best of indoor cycling for a heart pounding workout followed by TRX barre exercises that will strengthen and lengthen the body. This fusion workout may also include BOSU’s, weights and mats. For all fitness levels! Please wear your heart-rate monitor.
This class is a FUN combination of paddle punching, kickboxing moves and timed exercises, designed for all fitness levels. Other various equipment including, ropes, and weights will be used. Get your energy and heart rate pumping while toning the body with this combo fast paced class!
PraxisPulse is a High Intensity Interval Training class designed to get your heart rate up and burn more fat in less time. PraxisPulse mixes intervals of calisthenics and bodyweight exercises with cardio and strength training. And if those intervals weren’t enough, we’ll finish off class with mat work to keep your core and glutes toned and tight. This class is designed to challenge and change you by keeping your body guessing. Get ready to torch fat long after you leave the gym, work up a sweat, and push yourself to new training heights!
A workout that combines the best of both worlds while hitting all muscles, from every angle and modality (strength, stability, power, speed, endurance, agility, flexibility). After 30 minutes, keep the momentum going as you move to the barre and mat for additional exercises that will finish the workout with high intensity, yet low impact moves engaging the total body. It is suitable for all levels of fitness.
Do you want to build muscle strength and tone? Then PraxisSculpt is the class for you! The instructor will guide you through a series of resistance moves using a variety of equipment such as weights, TRX suspension trainers, Bosu Balls, and kettle bells.
PraxisRestore is the class your body needs after a tough week! First warm up in our heated studio with some barre based moves. Once your body is ready, the focus of class will deeply stretch your muscles using bands, balls, rollers etc to give you the recovery you need.
If you are getting ready for a Spartan, Tough Mudder, Triathlon or just want to challenge yourself, this class will absolutely do that for you. You will get a small taste of what we do in our Group Strength & Performance classes. You will work with bands, barbells and other forms of resistance movements. This is a great way to kick start your Saturday morning.
Unique movement system uses animal based movement patterns with elements of martial arts, yoga, hand balancing and breakdancing to create a dynamic class that challenges core and joint stability along with coordination to reach advanced levels of bodyweight strength. It will teach the body how to transfer force efficiently, maximize force production and increase soft tissue mobility.
Transform yourself from the inside out! Mat classes are the foundation of the pilates method. In this energetic and dynamic class you will learn to coordinate your breath, body and mind while moving fluidly through a sequence of exercises. Beginning mat classes are a great way to learn the fundamentals and proper technique while challenging your deepest core and back muscles with controlled movements. This class is great for those new to the Classical Pilates method as well as those wanting to refine their current skills. All fitness levels are welcome!

Simple step routines combined with strength training is an excellent cross-training hour for all skill and fitness levels. All moves can be done with or without a step!
Are you looking for results? This interval based class will utilize our new heart rate monitoring system along with varying equipment, to make sure you’re challenged appropriately and getting the most effective workout possible. The calories can burn all day, for hours post class, when you workout this way!
